Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors are kindly requested to submit their extended abstracts only via the submission module and in accordance with the Word template available on the website.
First, authors must register through the submission module and upload their extended abstracts to the system.

Within the scope of IGRS, each author may submit a maximum of two papers. The total registration fee for two papers varies according to the participant category and includes both the registration fee and the second abstract fee.
The total fee for two papers must be paid via the “Event Actions” menu in the registration module.

Submission Details:
• The submission deadline is March 6, 2026, at 23:59. This deadline will not be extended.
• Files in PDF, JPG, or similar formats will not be accepted.
• Submission is required for both oral and poster presenters.
• The name of the Word document should follow the format ABSTRACT_GROUP_PAPER ID (e.g., CHEMISTRY_4839).
Submitted papers will be evaluated by the reviewers, and authors of accepted papers will be notified via email.
After that, each accepted paper author will prepare their paper according to the Word template available on the website and re-upload it via the submission module. (The deadline for this final upload will be announced later.)
The email address ahmet@dalyatur.com is provided only for additional communication purposes; extended abstracts will not be accepted via email.

• The submitted abstracts will first be uploaded to the system via the module, and the peer-review process will be carried out through the same platform.
• After the evaluation process, authors of accepted papers will be required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with the Word template guidelines and upload the finalized Word file to the system by the deadline determined by you, in order for their papers to be included in the conference proceedings.
