The International Graduate Research Symposium (IGRS), organized annually by ITU Graduate School since 2022, brings together research from engineering, sciences, architecture, arts, and social sciences. It provides a platform for master’s and doctoral studies to be evaluated by experts and shared with a diverse international audience, promoting global academic exchange.

It is a great pleasure and honor for Graduate School of Istanbul Technical University to invite you to the 5th International Graduate Research Symposium: IGRS’26, to be held between 11th and 13th of May 2026, which will be organized as a hybrid event.
The symposium will present the findings of the most recent graduate researches from a diverse range of disciplines from basic sciences, engineering, and architecture to art and social sciences. We aim to bring together students, staff, alumni and industry from a diverse background to foster the interdisciplinary discussions, exchange of ideas, expand the knowledge, construct professional interactions and discuss the future perspectives. The symposium program will feature keynote presentations as well as poster sessions.
This symposium will demonstrate ITU’s Graduate School’s strategic commitment to innovation, academic excellence and leadership in higher education.

POSTER AREA SPONSORSHIP: ₺350,000 + VAT
On May 11-13, 2026, approximately 200 POSTER presentations will be exhibited with the participation of everyone at ITU Ayazağa Campus, Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center. In this context, tea & coffee with cookies will be served to poster owners and participants. Table flags & banners and brochures and gifts of the company that will bring this sponsorship will be placed in the relevant areas in the POSTER hall.

A 20-minute speech will be given within the scientific program. During this time, the company presentation will be made by the company representative. ONLINE PLATFORM SPONSORSHIP: ₺250,000 + VAT

WEBSITE SPONSORSHIP: ₺150,000 + VAT

Payment Information
In order for meeting sponsorships to be finalized, we kindly ask you to submit your requests in writing. Payments will be made to ITU Foundation (İTÜ VAKFI) with ITU GRADUATE SCHOOL SPONSORSHIP statement.
After the confirmation e-mail and your payment are completed, the services or sponsorships you request will be finalized and become valid.
